Dan Small
Director of Key Relations
Dan graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in actuarial sciences with a minor in economics in 2007.
Dan established his pension career with Creative Retirement Systems the following year. He has tremendous experience in plan administration in a plethora of categories regarding Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit/Cash Balance Plans.
His proficiency has forged him into acquiring the leading role of our Defined Benefit Plan division where he enthusiastically manages training junior Plan Consultants.
In 2011, Dan obtained his ERPA designation and continues to contribute as an active member of ASPPA for the last 10 years.
Dan enjoys soccer and is a loyal supporter of Tottenham Hotspur. He resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Kristen, and two sons, Burkeley and Merrick.
