CRS recently took part in a nationwide TPA customer satisfaction survey conducted by The Gregory Group. This survey measured the satisfaction of our clients in several categories, including the responsiveness of staff, plan design options, and timeliness of reports. In every category, CRS outperformed all third party administrators.
