A proud 2003 alumnus of Miami University, he earned his degree in education with a minor in coaching, where he developed strong communication and leadership skills that continue to serve him well. His early passion for teaching and mentoring laid the groundwork for his exceptional ability to connect with people and explain complex topics in an approachable way.

With 20 years of ERISA plan and cash balance pension plan experience, his background in plan design and dedication to customer service have made him a trusted partner for clients seeking tailored solutions for their retirement plan needs. He is known for his strategic approach and collaborative spirit, while consistently helping both large and small businesses navigate the intricacies of retirement planning with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, Curtis resides in Maineville, Ohio with his wife Julie and their three children. In his downtime, he enjoys walking, hiking, and volunteering his time to mentor youth sports teams, where he continues to instill values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
