CEFEX Annual Audit
CEFEX certification is one of the most demanding credentials in the retirement plan industry, and very few third-party administrators hold it. Each year, CRS voluntarily undergoes an extensive audit by CEFEX to confirm we're adhering to the highest industry standards. The audit includes document reviews, client file sampling, interviews with our team about our standard processes and procedures, a review of data security protocols, our financial statements, and more.
CEFEX, the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence, is an independent organization that assesses and certifies retirement plan service providers, including third-party administrators like CRS, on their adherence to a global fiduciary standard of excellence. Learn More
